Launched in 2004, Octopus Private Equity has £140 million under management, encompassing the new £30 million Octopus Capital for Enterprise Fund, which reached a final close in April 2009, with investment from the UK Government and the four major high street banks; and £110 million across our four Octopus Eclipse VCTs. We invest these funds in amounts between £200k and £8 million in high growth, established UK companies.
