We are looking to invest between £2 million and £8 million to back high quality and ambitious management teams who are seeking to make a significant capital gain over a three to five year period. We primarily provide funding to finance acquisitions, whether it is an opportunity to acquire the business you are running (an MBO), or to finance a complimentary acquisition (buy-and-build). We also provide growth funding for exceptional high growth businesses.

Essentially, we’re looking for businesses with something special about them. All of our companies have a clear and sustainable competitive advantage, whether through a unique product, IPR, brand names or trade marks. We have no particular sector focus, but have successfully invested in media and marketing, business services, consumer and retail, leisure and specialist manufacturing businesses in the past. All these businesses have proven business models with at least £5 million of historic annual sales and historic profits of at least £0.75m. For more information on our track record see Investments.
